Synaxis means bringing together in ancient Greek. This idea guides every aspect of our business -- including our people. Here's what you should expect from working here.

Talent. We're the best there is at what we do. The key is bringing together thinking and doing. Our strategists, designers, and developers possess the highest level of technical skill. We know how to execute. But just as importantly, we're all smart people. We analyze what we do, and we figure out how to execute what works. Thinking and doing are integral parts of the same process. We're good at both.

Curiosity. We enjoy learning. We constantly explore new ideas, new techniques, and new information. And we bring our discoveries to bear on the way we do things. By combining what we don't yet know with what we're already doing, we stay on the cutting edge of print and Web work.

Creativity. It takes a lot of effort to combine thinking with doing and the known with the new. But we're creative enough to handle it. We can make the possible actual. We know how to move from ideas to reality. This is because we spend a great deal of time honing our creativity in games and discussion. And the results are beautiful -- beautiful strategy, beautiful design, beautiful function.

Collaboration. We're smart, curious, and creative as individuals. We could each do great work on our own. But we do even better when we combine our abilities. We bring together strategy and design and development. We even pull our clients directly into the creative process. Our ideas and insights inspire each other to try a multitude of different approaches until we find what's right.

Flexibility. We recognize that there's sometimes a difference between the way things are and the way things ought to be. But we can accept that gap, because we also know how to bridge it. We continually experiment, and not every experiment works. Trial and error are fine. Because over time, we make fewer and fewer errors and get closer and closer to perfection.
